Dave Plummer wrote the original Task Manager for Windows. He has written TMOG as a replacement. One cool feature is how his performance graphs compress as they move to the left. So you see things very granular for recent events, but things bunch up as they scroll off as older events. You can download TMOG from Why is my Computer Slow? TMOG Knows Why!
