I just installed AppControl and it looks great. However the icon on the taskbar is blank (except for a small number in a red circle). Is this what it is supposed to look like?
No, the icon is most definitely not supposed to be blank. Can you post a screenshot?
If you go to add/remove programs and uninstall AppControl, then reboot, then reinstall does it solve it? Maybe it was somehow corrupted? So far nobody else has reported this. Very weird.

Wow, so there is nothing there at all? Really strange… if you uninstall, reboot, then reinstall does our icon appear then?
We have made a change to the app that should solve this for the future, but if anyone else has this issue please post, so we can give a new version for you to test.
