Where can I find information about minimal dependencies that are required for Appcontrol to run under an older win 10 (running in Oracle VirtualBox) machine without InterNet.

I saw some posts about DirectX and .Net minimal levels needed to run Appcontrol?

Is it just DirectX 9 and .Net 4.8 ?
