Bug report: "Expand all" "Collapse all" in Apps list not working when "Activities" selected

On the Apps tab, if I don’t select any activity (“Camera, microphone, location”), the “View” option to expand or collapse all works.

But If I select any activities, the View options don’t work.

It’s a minor thing, but some publishers may have a large number of entries and I may just want to ignore any programs from a particular publisher. to more quickly surface some publishers’ programs.

Thanks for your report! We use Flutter for our UI and maybe it’s a limitation there, but I’ll ask our UI person so they can investigate if it’s possible to solve or improve.
