How to backup and restore setting and event history

Is it possible to backup the AppControl settings, events, chart and history so I can restore them on the same PC at a later date ?

I want to keep the history of everything because I have to restore my PC once per month from a backup and I want to get AppControl back to the way it was with a long history of all processes that were detected

Thanks for your feedback on adding something like an export/import feature so AppControl users can avoid losing their settings and history.
